Production Process
1. Selection and Preparation of Wood
Selection of Wood: The production process begins with the careful selection of wood. We use only the highest quality wood, such as oak, ash, and elm. Wood is selected based on its structure, texture, and durability.
Preparation of Wood: The selected wood is cut to the necessary sizes and dried to prevent deformation and cracking in the future. The moisture content of the wood is carefully controlled.
2. Design and Planning
Design Development: Our designers develop the table design taking into account the customer’s wishes and the specifics of the space. Epoxy resin decorative elements are also selected if they are intended.
Planning: A detailed production plan is created, including all necessary steps and materials.
3. Wood Processing
Cutting and Shaping: The wood is cut and shaped according to the design requirements, using modern cutting and milling equipment.
Sanding: The wood surface is carefully sanded to obtain a smooth and even surface. Sanding is done in several stages using different grit sanding discs.
4. Application of Epoxy Resin
Preparation of Resin: Epoxy resin is prepared and mixed with the necessary pigments or other decorative elements.
Application Process: The resin is carefully applied to the wood surface, creating unique and aesthetic patterns. This process requires high precision and care.
Curing: The epoxy resin is left to cure for a certain time, ensuring its durability and longevity.
5. Finishing Works
Final Sanding: After the resin has cured, the table surface is once again carefully sanded to ensure a completely smooth surface.
